用途 Applications:
可廣泛應用于煤礦、化工業(yè)金礦、火力發(fā)電、礦山機械等部門(mén)制作裝煤、礦石礦粉、水泥、石灰、谷粉、食鹽之類(lèi)的料斗、料倉、滑槽,以及礦石車(chē)廂的襯里,由于具有優(yōu)良的自潤滑性,不粘性,不凍結,不但可使物料輸送穩定,大大提高輸送效率,而且使用壽命長(cháng),節省能耗,降低成本。

我們工程都是根據HG2099來(lái)檢測聚四氟乙烯密封墊片的 “走漏量”，單端面的機械密封只是針對“走漏量”做定性檢查，我們肉眼看不到顯著(zhù)氣泡就算合格。一般我們檢測的規則是軸徑≥80mm時(shí)，走漏量是≤10L/h的；軸徑≤80mm時(shí)，走漏量是≤8mL/h的。
